5. Candidate Data Within iQ and AndMe

When clients use our recruitment platforms, Genius Online acts as a data processor and the client acts as the data controller.  
We process candidate information strictly under client instruction, for recruitment and onboarding purposes only.  
Data is stored in secure UK/EU data centres with encryption in transit and at rest.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all candidate data.

6. Cookies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to:
